Forever Fit Bootcamp

25-minute workouts carefully curated for our older clientele.

Available times:

Mon - Fri - 9:15AM (online), 10:00AM, 10:45AM

(please note these class times are tailored to this age group specifically but this membership allows you to book any times in our Ultimate Fit Bootcamp as well)

Barre Classes

Get your body moving for 50 minutes with low impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body.

About Us

What is Fit by Compass? We are a boutique fitness studio located in the community of Cranston. We offer Bootcamp style classes with a limited number of participants, exceptional coaches, and the desire to create a culture that has you wanting to come back each day! We strive to create an environment that is fun, supportive and safe. 

Recently we have added a variety of dance & fitness classes to our line-up to add a little variety to your life!

By keeping our class sizes to a maximum of 6 participants our coaches/instructors are able to ensure they are keeping you safe through proper form so you get the most out of your workout. Smaller class sizes allow us to bring together like-minded individuals who support one another which ultimately creates a family environment. A place where everybody knows your name.

At Fit By Compass we know that time is of the essence which is why our coaches have curated effective Bootcamp style workouts that have you in and out of the studio in 30 minutes! Please note our dance & fitness classes are a little longer, so you are getting the most out of the training.

Head Coach

Pauline is passionate about Health & Fitness and loves sharing this passion with others. She is here to assist our members in not only achieving their fitness goals but promoting an environment that enriches people’s lives’.


Nikki & Shan


Nikki & Shan developed a love for health & fitness 7 years ago on their own fitness journey. Since then it was their goal to open a facility where everyone was welcome, encouraged and having fun!


Cinder Smith

Barre Instructor

Cinder has been teaching barre for over five years. Her fitness background is from RAD (Royal Academy of Dance), with over 15 years of experience and training. She believes that physical health is so important to ones overall happiness and balance in life!
